1. Appointment Rescheduling/Cancellation:

1.1. Patients are encouraged to notify Cura Health & Chiropractic Clinic at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment.

1.2. Rescheduling or cancelling appointments can be done by contacting Cura Health & Chiropractic Clinic via phone at 01302 492738 or through our online appointment management system.

2. Missed Appointment Fee:

2.1. A missed appointment is defined as any appointment that is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

2.2. In the event of a missed appointment, the patient will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.

2.3. The missed appointment fee will be charged to the patient’s account and must be paid before the patient’s next scheduled appointment.

3. Exceptions:

3.1. Exceptions to the missed appointment fee may be made in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. However, patients must provide documentation or evidence to support their claim for exemption.

4. Rescheduling Missed Appointments:

4.1. Patients who miss their appointment and wish to reschedule may do so by contacting Cura Health & Chiropractic Clinic and paying the missed appointment fee.

4.2. Rescheduled appointments must be made based on the availability of Cura Health & Chiropractic Clinic and may not necessarily be on the same day or time as the missed appointment.

5. Non-Transferability:

5.1. Missed appointment fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Discretion of Cura Health & Chiropractic Clinic:

6.1. Cura Health & Chiropractic Clinic reserves the right to waive or reduce missed appointment fees at its discretion.

7. Policy Acknowledgment:

7.1. By scheduling an appointment with Cura Health & Chiropractic Clinic, patients acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by the missed appointments policy outlined herein.

8. Modifications:

8.1. Cura Health & Chiropractic Clinic reserves the right to modify or update this missed appointments policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be provided to patients through our website, email, or other means of communication.
